Terms & Conditions

- All Payments are made at the conclusion of the work being finished where a finalized preview is shown to the client.  If the client approves of the artwork then an invoice will be sent via email or link through DM.

- Clients will have 10 days from the invoice being sent to pay the invoice, unless communicated otherwise by myself.  Please be aware that if payment is not received within 10 days of the delivery of the Invoice (unless otherwise stated by myself) your commission will be reorganized into a YCH auction and sold off.

​

- When I get to your commission I will reach out to you via Twitter, Telegram, or Discord DM to discuss price and to make sure everything is agreeable!

​

- Payment is made through PayPal.

​

- WIPs are sent to you directly for each step of the process.  Which are commonly: Sketch, Linework, Color, Shading, and Final Preview.

​

- Make sure you have the money to pay for the commission! Do NOT commission me if you have barely enough to scrape by for the cost of the commission.

​

- I do NOT accept "exposure" as an adequate form of payment.

 

- I reserve the right to cut ties with any commissionee for any reason. I will not tolerate overbearing commissionees or being treated like an art slave.

 

- Any NSFW requests will require you to be 18+ to order and will come with an NSFW Fee.

​

- NSFW Fee: For Commissions that are NSFW in nature, the cost will be 1.5x the total price of the commission!

​

- I specialize in wholesome NSFW, please get in touch with me via DM to find out if the content you are requesting I will draw.

 

- Wait times may vary based on the commission you are requesting from me!

​

- If you change the premise of the commission mid-way through then the final price quoted at the start of construction may change with it.

​

- If you are seeking to turn the commission into Merch, you must discuss this with me expressing your intentions prior to the work being completed and pay the Merch License Fee to use the work on your Merch!

​

- Merch License Fee: For Commissions that are below a total price of $150.00 USD the price will be 3x the total price!  For Commission that are above a total price of $150.00 USD the price will be 2x the total price

​

- Expedited Fee: For Commissions that require immediate attention and/or a time-crunch due date, the starting fee cost will be 1.5x the total price of the commission!  For very tight due dates, you will be looking at 2x or higher the total price depending on when you are seeking it finished.

​

- If an Expedited Commission is not met within the agreed upon deadline then the Expedited Fee will be removed from the total price.

​

- You may NOT use any artwork you commission from me for the use of NFTs or AI Art.

​

- You may NOT resell my commissioned art to others.

 

- Any art you commission from me may be posted on my Instagram, Twitter, DeviantArt, and other social media that I advertise on!

​

- Break any of the stated rules above and you will be barred from commissioning me again.

 

- By ordering a commission from me, you are agreeing to this ToS!
